INTERNSHIP

The internship has a dual purpose:

  • formative, because it aims to deepen and broaden the knowledge acquired during the studies;
  • orientational, because it provides the opportunity for direct knowledge of the professional reality.

COMMISSION AND REFEREES

The Internship Commission of the Master in Design for The Built Environment (DBE) is composed of Professor Mara Capone (President), Professor Ramon Rispoli and Dr. Fausto Felici.

The CTCL Commission performs the following functions:

  • it verifies the conformity of the proposals submitted by the students and authorises the subsequent procedures established by the University in order to begin the work placement;
  • it verifies, at the end of the work placement, that the required documentation is complete;
  • it transmits the approved applications to the student secretariat, which then uploads the training credits;
  • it interacts with the Department's Didactic Commission and the CDT on themes and issues of common interest.

The contact person for the DBE is Prof. Mara Capone.

The administrative referent for the internships of the Department of Architecture is Dr. Fausto Felici, didactic manager of the Didactic Area of Architecture.

DURATION OF THE INTERNSHIP

The DBE Degree Course provides for a compulsory curricular training period of 100 hours of activity equal to 4 CFU.

If the planned hours of activity are not completed in the time initially indicated, a request for an EXTENSION must be submitted.

 

TYPES OF INTERNSHIP

The student trainee, in relation to his/her own aptitudes and interests, chooses the type of internship (extramoenia or intramoenia) that she/he intends to activate.

The EXTRAMOENIA INTERNSHIP (download FLYER EXTRAMOENIA INTERNSHIP) takes place in a host institution other than the University Federico II, with an agreement with the University.

The INTRAMOENIA INTERNSHIP (download FLYER INTRAMOENIA INTERNSHIP) takes place at the structures of the University Federico II (Departments, Interdepartmental Centres, Technical Offices of the Central Administration, etc.) as part of research activities, as part of didactic-scientific agreements or as part of “third mission” activities previously accredited by the CDT and already included in the (link)

ERASMUS INTERNSHIP.  Students who are carrying out an Erasmus project, or are involved in other international mobility programmes, may carry out the placement within the Erasmus Traineeship project or Erasmus + where the learning agreement allows it, or within the University's international programmes that include placements. Any problem can be sorted out with the Erasmus contact person at Diarc (Prof. Paola Scala).

 

ACTIVATION OF THE INTERNSHIP

EXTRAMOENIA

1) the student identifies the host subject in the LIST OF CONVENTIONED ENTITIES, in the OPEN LIST OF HOSTING PARTNERS OF THE DIARC, or he/she can stipulate a new agreement with a host subject, independently identified, or even drawing from the LIST OF HOSTING PARTNERS OF THE DBE;

2) the student, in order to stipulate new agreements, contacts the administrative contact person for placements, Dr. Felici;

3) the student agrees with the university tutor and the company tutor on the internship proposal and submits it to the Degree Course Coordination Committee, which authorises it (INTERNSHIP PROPOSAL FORM);

4) the student uploads the training proposal agreed with the university tutor and the host company onto the "TIROCINIO DBE" Team (code:m1ozxiw), on the channel corresponding to the date of the meeting, at least 2 days before the meeting;

5) the COMMISSION examines and communicates the approval on the Team;

6) the STUDENT activates the telematic procedure on “Collabora”.

7) the STUDENT sends the documentation to the administrative contact (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) receives a reply and starts the internship

8) the STUDENT records all the activities in the EXTRAMOENIA internship booklet the periodic meetings with the university tutor.

INTRAMOENIA

1) the student contacts the teacher responsible for the research identified in the OPEN LIST RESEARCH agrees on the internship proposal and submits it to the Commission, which authorises it (INTERNSHIP PROPOSAL FORM).

2) the student uploads the training proposal agreed with the university tutor on the Team "TIROCINIO DBE" m1ozxiw on the channel corresponding to the date of the meeting at least 5 days before the date of the meeting.

3)the COMMISSION examines and communicates the approval on the team.

4) the STUDENT starts the internship.

 

CONCLUSION OF PLACEMENT

Traineeships must be validated within 8 months of their conclusion. The student periodically contacts her/his university tutor, who evaluates the progress and the correspondence of the activity in relation to the approved training project, and then validates the final report submitted by the trainee.

The university tutor keeps track of the meetings’ dates (including the remote meetings) and draws up a final report concerning the activities carried out by the trainee at the end of the placement period.

The student uploads on the Team "TIROCINIO DBE" on the channel corresponding to the date of the meeting at least 2 days before the meeting date IN A SINGLE PDF (report, booklet, screenshot questionnaire) named as follows: STUDENT_NAME;

The student fills in the online questionnaire (ly/2yw9mhV) and prints out the screenshot attesting the completion of the anonymous questionnaire;

The host completes the online questionnaire: ly/2VM6Vjp;

The committee examines the files and approves them or asks the students for any additions.

 

 


 

TIROCINIO

Il tirocinio ha una duplice valenza:

  1. formativa, perché mira ad approfondire ed ampliare le conoscenze acquisite durante il percorso di studi;
  2. orientativa, perché fornisce l’opportunità di una conoscenza diretta della realtà professionale.

COMMISSIONE E REFERENTI

La Commissione Tirocinio del Corso di Laurea (DBE) è composta dai proff. Mara Capone (Presidente) e Ramon Rispoli  e dal Dott. Fausto Felici.

La Commissione CTCL esercita le seguenti funzioni:

  1. verifica la conformità delle proposte presentate dagli studenti e autorizza lo svolgimento delle successive procedure previste dall’Ateneo per iniziare il tirocinio;
  2. verifica, al termine del tirocinio, che la documentazione prevista sia completa;
  3. trasmette le pratiche esaminate favorevolmente alla segreteria studenti che provvede al caricamento dei crediti formativi;
  4. interagisce con la Commissione Didattica del Dipartimento e con la CDT sui temi e le questioni di interesse comune.

DURATA DEL TIROCINIO

Il Corso di Laurea DBE prevede un Tirocinio formativo curricolare obbligatorio della durata di 100 ore di attività pari a 4CFU.

Qualora le ore di attività previste non si concludano nel tempo inizialmente indicato, andrà presentata una richiesta di PROROGA 

TIPOLOGIE DI TIROCINIO

Lo studente tirocinante, in relazione alle proprie attitudini ed interessi, sceglie il tipo di tirocinio, extramoenia o intramoenia, che intende attivare.

TIROCINIO EXTRAMOENIA (scarica FLYER TIROCINIO EXTRA) si svolge presso un soggetto ospitante diverso dall’Università Federico II, convenzionato con l’Università.

TIROCINIO INTRAMOENIA (scarica FLYER TIROCINIO INTRAMOENIA) si svolge presso le strutture dell’Università Federico II (Dipartimenti, Centri interdipartimentali, Uffici tecnici dell’Amministrazione centrale, ecc.) nell’ambito di attività di ricerca, in ambito di accordi didattico scientifici o in ambito di attività della terza missione precedentemente accreditate dalla CDT e già inserite nella (link)

 

TIROCINO ERASMUS.  Gli studenti che stanno svolgendo un progetto Erasmus, o sono impegnati in altri programmi di mobilità internazionale, potranno effettuare il tirocinio nell’ambito del progetto Erasmus Traineeship o Erasmus + laddove il learning agreement lo preveda, o nell’ambito di programmi internazionali dell’Ateneo in cui siano previsti i tirocini. Eventuali problematiche possono essere analizzate con il referente Erasmus del Diarc (prof. Paola Scala).

 

ATTIVAZIONE TIROCINIO

EXTRAMOENIA

  1. lo studente individua il soggetto ospitante nell’ELENCO DEI SOGGETTI CONVENZIONATInell’OPEN LIST DEI SOGGETTI OSPITANTI DEL DIARC, oppure potrà stipulare una nuova convenzione con un soggetto ospitante, autonomamente individuato, o ancora attingendo dalla LISTA DEI SOGGETTI SOGGETTI OSPITANTI DEL DBE;
  2. lo studente per la stipula di nuove convenzione prende contatto con il referente amministrativo per i tirocini, dott. Felici;
  3. lo studente concorda con il tutor universitario e con il tutor aziendale la proposta di tirocinio e la sottopone alla Commissione di Coordinamento del Corso di Laurea che lo autorizza (MODULO DI PROPOSTA DI TIROCINIO).
  4. lo studente carica la proposta formativa concordata con il tutor universitario e il soggetto ospitante sul Team “TIROCINIO DBE” (codice:m1ozxiw) sul canale corrispondente alla data dell’incontro almeno 2 giorni prima della riunione.
  5. la COMMISSIONE esamina e comunica l'approvazione suL team.
  6. lo STUDENTE attiva la procedura telematica su Collabora
  7. lo STUDENTE invia la documentazione al referente amministrativo (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) riceve una risposta e inizia il tirocinio
  8. lo STUDENTE annota tutte le attività sul LIBRETTO DEI TIROCINI EXTRAMOENIA gli incontri periodici con il tutor universitario.

 

INTRAMOENIA

  1. lo studente contatta il docente responsabile della ricerca individuata nella OPEN LIST RICERCA concorda la proposta di tirocinio e la sottopone alla Commissione che lo autorizza (MODULO DI PROPOSTA DI TIROCINIO).
  2. lo studente carica la proposta formativa concordata con il tutor universitario sul Team “TIROCINIO DBE” m1ozxiw sul canale corrispondente alla data dell’incontro almeno 5 giorni prima della data della riunione.
  3. la COMMISSIONE esamina e comunica l'approvazione sul team.
  4. lo STUDENTE inizia il tirocinio 


CONCLUSIONE TIROCINIO

I tirocini devono essere convalidati entro 8 mesi dalla conclusione. Lo studente contatta periodicamente il proprio tutor universitario che verifica lo stato d’avanzamento e la rispondenza dell’attività in relazione al progetto formativo approvato e valida la relazione finale redatta dal tirocinante

  1. Il tutor universitario annota sul registro le date degli incontri (anche in remoto) e redige una relazione finale sull’attività svolta dal tirocinante al completamento del periodo di tirocinio;
  2. Lo studente carica sul Team “TIROCINIO DBE” sul canale corrispondente alla data dell’incontro almeno 2 giorni prima della data riunione in un unico pdf (relazione, libretto, screenshot questionario) denominato come segue: NOME_STUDENTE_Matricola 
  3. lo studente compila il questionario online ly/2yw9mhV e stampa lo screenshot che attesta la compilazione del questionario anonimo
  4. Il soggetto ospitante compila il questionario online ly/2VM6Vjp
  5. La commissione esamina le pratiche le approva o richiede agli studenti le eventuali integrazioni.
